The Falsely Accused

Of False Accusations and Epidemic Deceit -

The Vicious American Inquisition

I went and met a friend, Dick, at a bar in a little town upstate along Route 52 outside the Pine Bush area. A few years back we were at a hunting lodge in a picturesque little village along the Hudson discussing his new girlfriend. Now he is recovering from false accusations of sexual assault. I say recovering because when the accusations against him were proved false, he had lost his home, his savings and his health.

It all started innocently enough, they met at Church, they both were taking classes at the same junior college to enhance their careers. Dick described their relationship as ‘really good’. They hadn’t even been intimate sexually…some petting, some lewd and rough language when kidding around but he didn’t even get into her pants. One day at a park outside of Granite, NY, ‘Ellen’ decided to show another side of herself.

The nice decent Church going Executive Assistant in her late 30’s started asking Dick questions about his sexual appetites. Oral sex, anal sex, lubricants, condoms and role playing…all of these questions were put to Dick who answered honestly. It was on Sunday after Church on a walking path when Ellen led Dick by the hand into the woods and asked him to spank her, “hard….spank me hard” said Ellen.

Dick didn’t disappoint her, hoping that this would lead to something more intimate. (little head overriding big head’s rational setting) They left the woods laughing and cooing the way lovers do. A few days later at work, the Police came to talk to Dick. They arrested him for assault. They had pictures of Ellen’s bruised ass and proceeded to persecute him, I mean, prosecute him.

Thank God he had a good lawyer, but lawyers cost money, his reputation at his job (works for the Port Authority) has suffered (now he’s a fetish freak) and since he hasn’t been eating regularly, self medicating and hiding out in bars, his health, mental and physical, has caused him high blood pressure problems that brought on a ‘mild heart attack’. Mentally, he is now questioning his masculinity.

Spiritually, he has been wounded irreparably, he was asked by his Minister to leave his Church. The congregants he used to call ‘Brother’ and ‘Sister’ have nothing to do with him and don’t even call to see if he is alright. He used to play softball with the teenagers and young adults in the Church, now he is Satan. He is finally getting his life back due to his family and real friends staging an intervention (he was going to kill himself).

As we sat at the bar a few very fine young ladies walked by us and gave more than a casual glance. I said ‘good evening’ they smiled and answered back, looking at Dick, N.F. and another dude further down the bar. Dick paid no attention to them at all. I saw the pain and fear in Dick’s face. I saw the anger too. I wondered why this was allowed to happen to Dick. A liberal, politically socialist court hung up on old stereotypes? No wonder!

This isn’t the first time I heard of this happening to ‘good guys’. In fact, false accusations against men have increased exponentially. I looked into this and discovered that this is going on so much the justice department did a study that it didn’t give any fanfare and published under a cloud of obscurity, because the truths in the report were totally damning of a Justice system bankrupt of Justice.

In
a 1996 study published by the U.S. Department of Justice: Convicted by Juries, Exonerated by Science: Case Studies in the Use of DNA Evidence to Establish Innocence After Trial, the study documents 28 cases which, "with the exception of one young man of limited mental capacity who pleaded guilty," consist of individuals who were convicted by juries and, then, later exonerated by DNA tests.[1]

At the time of release, they had each served an average of 7 years in prison.

Fake assault and rape claims are made every day, they are almost epidemic. Our society is doing a piss poor job of stopping this evil. The so called Justice System on every level, Family Court, Superior Court and Civil Court is complicit in the victimization of men falsely accused of sexual assault or sexual misconduct. The failure causes more than damage to a man or a boy, but to his family and to the community at large.

Many women have more than one motive for making false accusations. Among those reasons may be embarrassment for their own conduct, friends or family finding out about their lascivious life style or to punish a man who jilted them or just pissed them off. Not only is this prevalent in all society and in all the states among adult women, there is a rise of false allegations made by teen girls.

In California, San Bernardino police say a 16-year-old student at Cajon High School who claimed she was raped in the school parking lot Feb. 19 admitted she made up the story. "She admitted that it was a consensual encounter," said San Bernardino Lt. Brian Koerner.

During an interview with detectives Wednesday, the girl admitted she made up the rape accusation because they were seen in the parking lot having sex, and she was worried she would get in trouble at home, Koerner said
.
[2]

This scenario has been played out in many different ways in several different places. Not just on college campuses, but in High Schools and Junior High Schools in places as rough as Bedford-Stuyversant, Brooklyn and the Bronx to “good communities” like Roslyn, Pine Bush, Hewlett and Massapequa in New York. It’s also happening in your State. Few consider the ‘collateral damage’ of false accusations.

In a study that spans almost nine years, sociologist Eugene J. Kanin’s findings were that in the United States, 41% of rape allegations are false. Kanin discovered that most of the false accusers were motivated by a need for an alibi or seeking revenge.
[3] There is no difference in the power of the stigma whether the allegation is of sexual misconduct or assault. A man who has to fight that allegation usually looses his good name.

The stigma is borne not just by that man, but his friends and his family. The whispers of backbiters, liars, and so called ‘Christians’ will long stain the decent souls of good men who were just ‘pursuing happiness’ in a society void of rules and respect for victims of any kind. The evidence of this is in print, on microfilm in thousands of libraries and in the psychiatric wards and cemeteries of these United States.

The blog “The False Rape Society” has dozens of posts dealing with the aftermath of being cleared of a false allegation of sexual assault. Go to
http://falserapesociety.blogspot.com/ . What we don’t seem to have learned from the Duke Rape Trial is that the innocent are usually tried in the Court of public opinion long before they get tried in the Kangaroo Courts and other pseudo-judicial proceedings.

Dick, N.F. and me left the bar to get drunk behind the barn at a mutual friend. We had a bonfire going and Dick took the time to tell us all of what he felt. It’s an anger that I know growing up an outsider in my own world. I believe its somehow even worse dealing with being an outsider when you were once ‘an accepted member’ of society.

All of the accused are outsiders because like Hester Prynne in the “Scarlet Letter” by Nathaniel Hawthorne, their scarlet letter is in the data base of the Police in the form of an arrest record and in the public access of Court Records. What is worse, no one will ever see them outside the context of the accusation. They will always be ‘the accused’.

A common representation of Justice is a blind-folded woman holding a set of scales and a sword. The woman is supposed to be the Virtuous Themis, the scales represent impartiality, the sword represents power and the blindfold represents impartiality.

When those who falsely accuse go lightly punished or unpunished the blind fold is a gag, the sword is oppression, the scales weigh the ransom for your life, and the woman – Justice, a whore pimped out to those who can afford her.

This is a warning to all men and women. Be careful how you conduct yourselves. In the words of the O’Jay’s song, “Backstabbers” written by Kenny Gamble and Leon Huff, “A few of your buddies they sure look shady… Blades are long, clenched tight in their fist… Aimin' straight at your back… And I don't think they'll miss.

Do be careful!

Stress - A Real Health Problem

I didn’t get out after St. Patrick’s Day due to a lot of different things, but some things never change while the time constantly does. I went to a Doctor’s appointment for a quarterly checkup. There is a lot of things that go on in the course of a lifetime, some wonderful, some awful, some bring togetherness, some bitterness, some bring joy, some bring hatred and alienation. Some good people get awful bad things in life.

It’s the course of a lifetime that comes into full view in the rearview mirror when you reach the magic number birthday called ‘50’. As I sat waiting for the Doctor’s appointment my head hurt, I never sleep and the bad food I ate from a dive restaurant didn’t help.

Throwing up from Wednesday night till Thursday afternoon didn’t help me on Friday. So what! Get my meds renewed and continue on life’s journey, right!

After the nurse took my blood pressure she insisted that I go to the emergency room because my blood pressure was unreasonably high. (Not this again) NO! I just want to see the Doctor, I waited months for this appointment, let me see the Doctor. Doctor, takes my blood pressure and refuses to continue the diagnosis until I am seen in emergency (which is conveniently down the hall).

In emergency I am asked the same questions (are you taking your medication, are you in pain, are you currently ill) but it’s the stupid question that always gets me going. “Sir are you experiencing any significant life changing event or difficulty right now?” I looked at this triage nurse and said “nothing nobody else isn’t going through”. “Like what?” was her cold retort. “I don’t know where to start and nobody here has all day, especially me.”

“Sir, we are not going to release you anyway because you are above heart attack and approaching stroke level, if you don’t want to tell me anything, that’s fine, but we can’t help you unless you let us know what’s wrong.” “Nurse, you have your problems and I have mine. I don’t want to know your problems, I know you don’t want to know mine because all the pills in the pharmacy couldn’t help me anyway. Understand.”

That wasn’t the answer the nurse wanted to hear, now I was surrounded by people in white lab coats except the guy in the tweed suit, he was the Cardiologist.

A phlebotomist, a neurologist, an E.R. Nurse, an EKG technician and the hospital administrator were all present. Why an administrator, questions about my coverage she wanted answered before anybody would help me. I said the right things with anger.

After all the tests were taken and they gave me meds, I lay in the ER waiting for my blood pressure to go down. Then a familiar face from the recent past, she sat down in her green Doctors outfit smiling away. “Hi RJ, I see your not feeling well?” “I was fine until I came in here Doc, why are you here?” “I want to do a survey, I do this with all patients with high blood pressure. Can I ask you some questions RJ?” “Sure”

The questions went like this: “Are you experiencing a financial hardship? Have you lost someone close to you in the last 10 years? Have you lost a job in the last five years? Have you had a traumatic injury in the last 10 years that has kept you from working? Are you enduring chronic pain? Do you tire more easily? Are people annoying you by telling you "you don't look so good lately"? Are you often invaded by a sadness you can't explain?”

“Where are you going with all this Doc?” Given your answers, the traumas you’ve endured and your ongoing battles with pain, grief and anxiety, I determined the problems we have controlling your blood pressure are related to unresolved or unrelenting stress.” NO SHIT! How many years did you spend at the University to get the tools to come to this amazing conclusion, Doc?”

“Anger, cynicism, dissension, condescension, self-abasement and your non-existent sex life are all evidence of stress. This stress is effecting you in a number of ways physically and can cause incredible problems mentally, even lead to depression, RJ.” “I don’t want to be on pills or escorted to a psych ward because it won’t change my world, it won’t change me, it can only mask the pain in the reality, not change reality, understand Doc?”

“Got it, your going to need to be proactive about dealing with stress RJ. Your one of millions who are going to have to find new ways to deal with stress.” “What are the numbers Doc, how many folks are dealing with a life turned upside down Doc.”

“O.K., here are some rough numbers: Two thirds of Americans say they are likely to seek help for stress. Fifty-four percent of Americans are concerned about the level of stress in their everyday lives.

When I got home I read the rest of the numbers, (I’m not the only one stressing out) it’s a shock to realize that the way the culture has evolved, our ability to cope with the things we are dealing with are hindered by the stigma of seeing or even talking to a shrink. But not doing something is more wrong than right. Among other stats are these:

• 62% of Americans say work has a significant impact on stress levels. (APA Survey 2004)

• A majority of workers (52%) are more stressed because of work than home. (APA Survey 2004)

• 54% of workers are concerned about health problems caused by stress. (APA Survey 2004)

• 45% of workers list job insecurity has a significant impact on work stress levels. (APA Survey 2004)

• 61% of workers list heavy workloads as a significant impact on work stress levels. (APA Survey 2004)

• Executives and managers tend to have the most stressful jobs, while self-employed workers are the least stressed. (APA Survey 2004)

• One in four workers have taken a mental health day off from work to cope with stress. (APA Survey 2004)

• 73% of Americans name money as the number one factor that affects their stress level. (APA Survey 2004)[1]

The APA, aka American Psycological Association, 2005 also states;
Forty-three percent of adults suffer adverse health effects from stress.
Two-thirds of all office visits to family physicians are due to stress-related symptoms.
Sixty-four percent of Americans say they are taking steps to reduce stress in their lives.
Stress is linked to the six leading causes of death—heart disease, cancer, lung ailments, accidents, cirrhosis of the liver, and suicide.

I was glad to be home, even though it’s a cold and lonely place. I was advised that I should distance myself from those things that stress me out. I disconnected my mother’s phone, told my brothers only to call me if they actually did something for my mother first, advised my mortgage banker to blow me and told a bunch of so called Christians to kiss my ass or go to hell. (If you knew the whole story all this would make sense).

I stressed over money owed to me by so called ‘friends’ who have not had the decency to even speak to me in over eight months wondering “is it something I said or did.” Not realizing that my so called friends only saw me as a sucker. Now that I have come to the realization that I should cut most of my world as it is, totally loose and find a woman who is a highly devoted, socially sheltered, book smart genius and a sex fiend.

I realized that even though California is a place really full of fruits, nuts and flakes, it is a place that I did live without a certain level of stress for almost 20 years. Not that I’m going back (tough to pick up at my age) any time soon but at least the friends I have in California call me at least once a week to see if I am actually alive. Those who check on me on the east coast usually do it to see if I’m dead.

I notice that much stress deals with the whole hypocrisy some so called people had about ‘how their family would relate to me’ being someone who ‘was’ a Church attendee with a formal education now spending time in ‘bars’ with ‘bar people’ (some of these hypocrites are crack addicts, faggots, dykes, embezzlers and deceivers) yet they don’t have enough decency to check on those who are sick or infirmed.

My stress was aimed at doing right for ‘friends’ and community like my Dad, who helped found three different Churches, fed the hungry, clothed the naked, sheltered the homeless and, Oh yeah…gave men work for a living wage. So, seeing that I have enough stress with dealing with ‘family’, I decided to cut loose stressing about fakes who could care less if I live or die, even though I did what I could to help them even when I wasn’t asked.

My blood pressure often gets raised when I think of them, the liars, deceivers, and so called ‘Christians’ who spread rumors, lies and other filth that spew from the open sewers they call mouths. But, I figure I’ll vent in a number of different ways that have been revealed to me by Doctor’s and Religious leaders of good repute.

I need to spend more time being what I was when I was younger, selfish, brutally truthful and absolutely focused. Tough to do through the pain, but I have to find new ways to let the stress go. I advise you to do the same, find ways to let the stress go and find time to take mental health days as well as mental health weeks if necessary.
Sometimes you can’t worry about anybody’s feelings except your own.

St. Patrick's Day - The Other Story

In Review - The Other Story

St. Patrick’s Day was spent away from my first two choice bar and grills, Bronkos and The Bold O’ Donoghues. I met up with Yaega Lee at the ‘Lounge’ because she wanted to catch up with Dorn, who fixed the corn beef and cabbage for the owner, Mr E. It was a good time in that we caught up with most of the old crew who hung out there when it was Cheers. Mae was behind bar and I was feeling good until Dino got back into his old antics (i.e. kicking the bar)

It’s like the Lounge functions in social shifts, the neighborhood folks in the day and a younger crowd at night, a crowd so young it attracts the kind of notice that gets cops to visit bars. St. Patrick's Day was unique in that the youngsters were in the bar at 4:00 pm for food. Mr. E, rationed the corned beef because he wanted some for his 'homies' when the sun went down.

Between Dino acting a fool (he was limping, using a cane, his ribs were rapped because they were broken and there was bruises on his upper neck by his left ear. Dino said he had an accident, I believe him, it must have been an accidental ass whoopin'. I went to Game On after the bullshit with many of the regulars hot on my heels. I left there and was soon followed by many of the old crew and neighborhood folks who were at the Lounge.

Breezy, was at the Lounge but commented he liked the Corned Beef at Game On better because he could eat as much of he want without Mr. E standing over it rationing it out like the crooked ass army supply pogue he is. That was kind of a bad vibe for me but I went for seconds at Dorn's urging. I did it so he could see how Mr. E was handling his good will and hard work. Dorn left too.

What caught my eye was the response that many old timers at the Lounge had when they saw Yaega Lee, they miss their friend and bartender. Mae was getting a little miffed that Yaega has a following, and they followed her right out the door to Game On. (Its not that they don’t know where she’s at…but the Game is still throwing off its old image)

Some folks on the Lounge side of town are scared to come to Game On for fear of being stopped by the cops, most of those folks are the kids...them over 20 years who know the difference between warm and cold beer. But the kids fear is justified given the cops are parked in the lot adjacent to McDonalds, which is across the street from Game On (a place loaded with the loaded).

The vibe for this St. Patrick’s Day started on Sunday the 15th. I was at Bronkos and Game On and people started coming out, throwing off the stress and really having fun. Yaega went off on a few people Sunday though because the bar was filthy. People were commenting on how fucked up the banking system is under Obama and how he hooked up the executives back in December.

I reminded the patron that Bush was President back in December and a man named Paulson (no one knows where Paulson is, the money is gone and he is too) was the Secretary of the Treasury who did the deals . (Another Cracker Barrel patron who wants to blame the negroes for slavery).

Other people, not just ‘bar people’ or ‘bar flies’ (as some folks refer to anyone who shoots pool or drink in public) seem to be glad theirs a new President and are feeling relaxed about it (I told them to watch their guns and their rights - a liberal constitutional lawyer is the President).

The smiles seem a little more genuine, not painted or put on as in just days past. I’m surprised at the number of folks going to bars, pubs and lounges despite the economy. Maybe that is the reason, the bad times. So, back to bartenders, I have noticed that in some establishments bartenders still don’t know how to make a ‘Black and Tan’. For some bartenders it’s a major accomplishment for some just to pour the beer.

Eye candy behind the bar is only effective as the service of getting the drink you order in a professional manner. To some who tend bar a "quality drink" never crosses their mind, people only drink to get drunk, right? Also, I watched a patron at an establishment explain what a ‘snifter’ is to a ‘hot bar tender’. To those who tend bar, you know you’re a bad bartender when you chastise people for their drink orders. (You know who you are Esmerelda!)

But the Game On has a group from the ‘Old Corner’ who are starting up a band. I won’t mention names but Gravel Throat with his deep grate grinding voice will probably lead the ‘headbangers’ on their start into bar band glory. Meanwhile, the more stable drinking establishments on the South Shore are gearing up, preparing all kinds of ways to get you into their bar with bands, beer pong and other attractions for the spring and summer.

Hang on. More good times are coming.

Be Careful of Southern Kink

The Darker Side of BDSM

Its one thing for a ‘couple’ to experiment satisfying each other even practicing different kinds of sex acts and sex positions. But bondage and discipline really needs to be taught by professionals to amateurs.

It’s the highest form of trust to put yourself in the most compromising of positions and subject yourself to the mercy or cruelty of another human being. Its dangerous to do this among strangers who know what they’re doing.

Its even worse when your doing this with a partner who is ‘cheating’ on you or even worse, wants to harm or handicap you in some insidious way that ruins you for life.
These kinds of things do happen, but not as often as you think in big cities like New York or Los Angeles. The poor practice of BDSM is most evident in the Bible Belt States. Poor horny deviates are the worse for a really ‘torturous’ practice of BDSM.

Attached is a video you should look at if your thinking that ‘kink’ will save your marriage or relationship. Do know the laws in your state regarding sex practices with or without your spouse.
Down South aint like up North….
Redneck bondage can Kill You!

View this and understand what could be the consequences of stupidity with an evil spouse!

Be Safe and Careful.

Kink, Whips, Ballgags and Sex Toys

Debauchery and Deviate Pursuits

O.K., we dealt with the PG version of the ‘kinkonomics’ revolution, now lets deal with the adult version. Stuff you won’t see on CNN, MSNBC, or FOX. Why deal with these issues? These issues are part and parcel of the bar scene and a new kind of social phenomenon taking place in a post-industrial, 21st Century world. We are dealing with a society attempting to un-alienate itself from both desire and aloneness.

Desire is the offshoot of unfulfilled realizations born from the pursuit of both a ‘normal’ life and ‘fulfilling dreams’. I should say ‘pursuing happiness’, many of us pursue people, relationships, goals and challenges. When the things that we choose to effect in life won’t pan out the way we want there is a ‘self evaluation’ that goes on inside the head and heart. What the ‘affect’ of that evaluation leads to is either crisis or calm.

Mid-life crisis, self-realization, or self-re-creation, we find ourselves in a new kind of community, a different world than we lived in during the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s or pre 911. The changes in our own society have been constant and subtle. The reality is how we choose to live with these changes in our world, which inevitably lead to changes in ourselves. It is the ‘change’ that we deal with in this very adult discourse.

Why is it that men (and some women) want to be humiliated, humbled or even broken by a Domme? It’s not natural for any male to go without sex for more than 90 days at any one time. What Domme’s offer is both the shame and humiliation of being a dating failure with a number of degrading and mortifying options that have a physical, psychological and amoral dimension that has found its appeal in the abilities of the ProDomme on a willing subject.

If a guy, (or gal) why be a subject? Or, why should any woman consider being a ‘domme’? To quote Tracy Quan from her article “Kinkonomics” she says, “Though dominatrix work is considered by many to be the hardest in the sex industry, being able to avoid actual intercourse is key to its appeal to “everyday” women who are just looking to pick up a little extra money.

…a pro-domme in her late twenties, apprenticed at a dungeon before striking out on her own…in Manhattan dungeons….the typical cut on a $200 session is 60-40 in the dungeon’s favor. To people who make their entire living in the sex industry—professional escorts who get $500 an hour, for instance—such rates can seem abusive. But freelancers see it differently. ‘If you’re making $8 an hour at your day job, $80 is awesome.’ …There’s no shortage of women willing to work at those rates.”

Older males, in their late 50’s to early 70’s make great candidates for a ‘domme’. As men get older they’re testosterone levels shrink. This means that many men can’t shoot (ejaculate) more than once a day sometimes only three times a week.
[1] This lack of testosterone can mean a lot of frustration, anger and can even lead to depression, which only aggravates the single shot penis problem.

So men (or women), looking for an alternative to the aggravation or even the humiliation of picking up something in the bar can generally find that alternative. According to Tracy Quan, (I believe she said in one of her books she has had sex industry experience) “at $200 an hour, a piquant visit to a Manhattan dungeon for a spanking administered by a good-looking girl with a liberal arts degree is easier on a guy’s wallet than the “girlfriend experience” offered by many an Internet courtesan.

If a pro-domme permits him to “satisfy himself,” the end result may be similar enough to what he would get from an escort—and less expensive. Men who pay for kink aren’t all diehard fetishists or submissives—a spanking isn’t essential to their personal happiness. It may be an occasional side thrill.

Clients are middle-management types, small-business owners, dentists, young lawyers, even a few single males who see themselves as casualties of the gig economy. A fence-sitter—flirting with, not truly committed to kink—might discover that the antidote to a recession resides in the nearest S&M parlor”

This writer is in no way saying you should go to an S&M parlor. What we all should be considering is new ways to satisfy a natural pursuit. If your in a relationship that is dry, complacent, predictable and only lasts about five minuets, you may want to spice up your love life. If your not in any relationship at all and your tired of ‘beating your dick like it owes you money’, looking into ways to do that can’t be all bad.

Now, I know that out there somewhere, reading this is someone sitting on their high and mighty moral throne ready to denounce this post, its author and throw religion and morality into the discussion because you have a submissive wife or husband who tolerates a small phallic appendage or is resigned to sex as a duty. I got something for you to think about.

Many mainstream ministers as well as small church ministers and priests have been caught in all kinds of bizarre sexual behavior because they will not address the sexual drought in their own relationships. Let me run down a list for you; Ted Haggard, Jimmy Swaggart, Rev. Henry J. Lyons (former President of the National Baptist Convention), The Rev. L. Kenneth Fellenbaum, Joe Barron (Texas Preacher who solicited a child), Chris Brain (Vicar, Church of England) and Royden Wood (sexually assaulted members).

This list could go on and on. But the point is in the bar, pub, club world there are avenues to explore to get your ‘kink’ on without being stupid or putting yourself at risk. This goes for men and women. So let loose, but don’t make yourself a poster child for the CDC. Definitely don’t do anything illegal in your State (discretion, discretion, discretion).

The Marquis De Sade, J. Edgar Hoover, Napolean Bonaparte, and King Herod I, all got their kicks through ‘kink’. In the words of a song by B.T. Express, “Do It Till Your Satisfied”. (If you have concerns check with the sex police in your State)

A Not So Wet Dream

Mr. Frenchy on his favorite Pop Star
(Posted for Mr. Frenchy at Mr. Frenchy's request)

The following comments are Mr. Frenchy's opinion and do not reflect the way any of the staff feel. But the video Mr. Frenchy wants posted is funny even if his opinion is not.

Mr. Frenchy wrote: I often wondered what would happen if an effeminate, kiddy chasing has-been like Michael Jackson met up with a hard core nasty ass All American Marine D.I. like R. Lee Ermey. I would love to see him turned out like the bitch he has become. I found this video on you tube. It’s not what I wanted to see (Jacko getting punked and humiliated like a jail bitch getting ass fucked is what I wanted to see) but this is kind of funny.

Enjoy
