Protect Those Tits!!!

This is an Informational Posting.  This is not Fiction.

Yes, We are looking right at October.  Which is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.   Look, I don't care what your sexual orientation is but I'm willing to bet if you are a human being on the face of this planet...a woman probably had something to do with you being here.

Here are some stats for you to digest from 'The American Cancer Society' which reports these statistics:

"What are the key statistics about breast cancer?
Breast cancer is the most common cancer among American women, except for skin cancers.

The chance of developing invasive breast cancer at some time in a woman's life is a little less than 1 in 8 (12%).

The American Cancer Society's most recent estimates for breast cancer in the United States are for 2011:

About 230,480 new cases of invasive breast cancer will be diagnosed in women.

About 57,650 new cases of carcinoma in situ (CIS) will be diagnosed (CIS is non-invasive and is the earliest form of breast cancer).

About 39,520 women will die from breast cancer."

If your a man in the life of a woman don't listen to excuses.  There are free mammograms being offered by hospitals, County Government, Health Care Providers and Corporate entities.  Get the woman or the women in your life checked any way you can.

If you are a woman, don't make excuses and don't make things any harder on the men in your life than things already are. (I won't get into it)  Just get yourself checked.  Fear doesn't make bad things go away or stay away...fear is an invitation for bad things to happen.

Have no fear!
Get Checked.
